Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms apply to all quotes, orders, and deliveries by Recip Compressor Parts. By submitting an RFQ or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes & Orders
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in USD and exclude shipping, insurance, and applicable taxes. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or agreed payment terms.
3. Payment Terms
Standard payment: prepayment via wire transfer. For established customers, net-30 terms may be available upon approval.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery: 2-4 weeks after order confirmation. Urgent and critical delivery options available at additional cost. Shipping terms: EXW or DAP as agreed.
5. Warranty
All parts carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover normal wear, improper installation, or misuse.
6. OEM Disclaimer
All trademarks are property of their respective owners. Parts supplied are genuine OEM components sourced through our authorized supplier network.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Lelystad, The Netherlands.
